About the Job
As a Director at Anchorstar, you will:
- Work with clients across industries to review, sharpen, and formulate their CEO agendas by developing cutting-edge strategic approaches.
- Collaborate with a team of industry experts, consultants, and leaders adept at executing projects with real-world impact.
- Engage with both executive leadership and future leaders within the client's organization, involving them in CEO agenda discussions and advising clients at the executive level across industries and topics, supporting them to improve or transform their businesses.
- Source and study potential CEO agenda items globally, covering various topics and perspectives including management, social, political, and liberal arts.
- Develop collaborative feasibility studies with clients to assess the potential and impact of new agenda items by conducting qualitative and quantitative research and instill knowledge within client organizations.
- Collaborate with client teams and Anchorstar partner companies to set agendas and drive sustainable transformation.
- Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to client businesses, stay informed of industry, customer, and competitor information, and integrate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with the Senior Director to develop briefs, pitch new business, and manage initiatives and provide leadership and professional development to Anchorstar staff.
